Early in life I felt an unusual hunger that I did not understand and consequently I did not know how to nurture. At 22 years of age, after reading Ram Das’s book "Remember Be Here Now", I felt inspired.
Shortly after that I stepped into an opportunity to meet a Soto Zen Priest. That relationship and what I learnt from it changed my life.
I learned the middle way teachings of Buddhism and began the lifelong practice of systematically ending needless suffering. Ultimately, I founded a center for cultivating loving kindness and successfully taught classes and provided individual counseling for many years.
I was inspired to bring these tools into the corporate setting. After successfully running businesses, utilizing team building structures, and individual strength-based dynamics, I have been guided to return to a world that is struggling at a time of great chaos. One to journey with…
